1. 이 앱에 대해
YouTubeMaker(이하 "앱")는 운영자 본인의 PC에서만 실행되는 개인용 데스크톱 프로그램입니다. 일반 사용자에게 배포하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
2. 구글 계정에서 받는 정보와 사용 목적
운영자가 구글 로그인으로 허용하면 앱은 다음 권한(YouTube Data API)을 사용합니다.
youtube.upload— 완성한 영상과 썸네일을 운영자의 채널에 올리기youtube.readonly— 채널 이름·아이콘·구독자 수·재생목록 목록을 읽어 업로드할 채널을 고르기youtube.force-ssl— 올린 영상을 재생목록에 넣고, 원할 때 자막 파일 올리기
이 정보는 위 목적에만 사용합니다. 광고, 분석, 판매, 다른 서비스와의 공유에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 저장 위치
로그인 후 받은 인증 토큰과 채널 정보는 운영자 PC의 앱 폴더에만 저장됩니다. 앱 운영자나 제3자의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 구글과의 통신은 영상 업로드 등 위 목적을 위해 구글 API에 직접 요청할 때만 이루어집니다.
4. 공유
구글 사용자 데이터를 어떤 제3자에게도 판매하거나 넘기지 않습니다.
5. 삭제와 권한 철회
- 앱 업로드 화면에서 채널 연결을 지우면 그 채널의 토큰이 PC에서 삭제됩니다.
- 구글 계정의 서드파티 앱 및 서비스에서 언제든 YouTubeMaker의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
6. 구글 API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수
앱이 구글 API에서 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다. 앱은 YouTube API 서비스 약관을 따르며, 사용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.

1. About this app
YouTubeMaker is a personal desktop application that runs only on its operator's own computer. It is not distributed or sold to the public.
2. Google user data we access and why
youtube.upload— upload finished videos and thumbnails to the operator's channelyoutube.readonly— read channel name, icon, subscriber count and playlists to choose the upload channelyoutube.force-ssl— add uploaded videos to a playlist and optionally upload caption files
This data is used only for these purposes. It is not used for advertising, analytics or sale, and is not shared with other services.
3. Storage
OAuth tokens and channel information are stored only in the app folder on the operator's computer. They are never sent to any server of ours or of a third party. The app communicates with Google only when calling Google APIs for the purposes above.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or transfer Google user data to any third party.
5. Deletion and revoking access
Removing a channel connection in the app deletes its token from the computer. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
YouTubeMaker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses YouTube API Services and complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service; users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
